About HatraKu
We built it sitting at the front desk, not in a meeting room
HatraKu grew out of one traditional healing clinic whose queue, records, and cash book were still handwritten. Every feature here answers a problem that actually happened at the registration desk, not a feature list invented in advance.

How it started
With a queue book that always caused an argument
The first thing we fixed was not the medical records but the queue — because that is what most often sparked conflict in the waiting room. Once numbers were issued by the system and ordered by payment, the arguing stopped on its own.
From there it became clear that one fix pulls the next along. Because payment was already recorded, the cash book no longer needed recalculating. Because patients had member numbers, their records had somewhere to live. Because records were structured, the reports could read patterns.
HatraKu is that chain, tidied up so another clinic does not have to repeat the process from scratch.
Logo philosophy
The theta wave — the rhythm of healing
Six bars rise from the edges toward the centre and fall again, forming one cycle of the theta brainwave (4–8 Hz): the relaxed state between waking and sleep — exactly what a patient feels while being massaged or treated by a traditional practitioner. Green on the left is the root of tradition, blue on the right is the precision of technology, and the two match in height because technology does not replace tradition, it balances it.
Why now
No longer just tidiness — it is an obligation
Traditional clinics used to run for years on a queue book and paper folders with nobody raising an issue. That has changed.
Traditional health services now have their own legal framework, practitioners must be registered and report the care they give, medical records are being pushed toward electronic form, and patient data is classified as specific personal data. Handwriting cannot satisfy those four cleanly.
HatraKu was built at exactly that point: meeting what the rules ask while settling the friction that already exists in the waiting room every day. Not two separate jobs — one system doing both.
What we carry
Four things that guide every product decision
Calm
The theta wave: the relaxed state where the body begins to heal itself. This system should settle the waiting room, not add new noise to it.
Trustworthy
Patient records are held in trust, not treated as mere data. Access is limited at the system level, not by hiding a button.
Orderly
Six perfectly symmetric bars: every patient gets their turn fairly, under the same rule as everyone else.
Warm
Every shape ends in a rounded cap — service that is friendly, not intimidating. The same goes for the system’s language and interface.
Developer
Built by Nusativ
HatraKu is developed by Nusativ, a software house used to operational systems: ERP, data integration, and custom applications for companies across several sectors. That background is why we treat a traditional clinic as seriously as an enterprise system — because patient data deserves exactly that.

We can walk you through it with sample data, or set up a trial clinic loaded with your own data so your staff and practitioners can try it before you decide.
