Through the contact form on this site we collect your name, email, phone number, clinic name, city, estimated patients per day, what you need, and your message. We also record IP address and browser type for spam prevention.

This site carries no third-party advertising trackers.

Contact form data is used only to get back to you, prepare a demo, and put together a proposal. We do not sell, rent, or share it with others for marketing.

An important distinction: patient data stored inside HatraKu SA-Clinic belongs to the clinic using it, not to us. We access it only when the clinic asks us to for technical support, and only as far as solving that specific problem requires.

When the system is deployed on the clinic’s own server, that data sits entirely under the clinic’s control.

Contact form messages are kept while they remain relevant for follow-up, and can be deleted at your request at any time.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the data you submitted through this site. Send the request to our contact email address and we will act on it.
