The problem it closes
Returning patients rewrite their details because their folder cannot be found.
A new patient fills in their details once and immediately receives a member number that encodes their registration month and year. On later visits they are simply looked up — no more rewriting addresses on paper forms.
Stored data covers identity, ID-card address with hierarchical regions down to village level, surgical history, and member/VIP flags. VIP status can only be granted or revoked by the clinic owner.
Patients can also be given their own login, so they see their schedule and visit history and can download their own registration proof without asking the front desk.
