The problem it closes
Paper record folders pile up and are hard to find when a returning patient arrives.
Paper folders pile up, are hard to search, and disappear along with the patient. HatraKu organizes history not as a stack of loose visits but as cases: one medical condition holding every visit from the first complaint until it is closed.
The practitioner picks the body area directly on an anatomy diagram, selects a diagnosis from a three-level master list, then ticks the procedures performed. Complaints and notes are typed briefly. Because diagnoses and procedures are structured rather than free text, analytics can count the most frequent diagnoses and the most treated body areas.
Before closing a visit, the practitioner schedules the next check-up. It appears on the patient home screen with a day countdown, and the case card flags patients who are overdue.
