The system carries your clinic’s name, not ours. Name, tagline, practitioner name, address, and phone are entered once, then printed on registration proofs, consent forms, and revenue reports.

The logo you upload appears in the app, on the waiting-room display, and in the letterhead of every A4 document. The clinic’s public page updates itself to match.

Administration fees per patient category are yours to set too — when they change, you change them once in Settings.
