Quotas and hours live only in the owner’s head, so the front desk keeps over-accepting patients.

No two traditional clinics keep the same schedule. So service stages, practice hours, per-stage quotas, and operating days are set by the owner — not dictated by us.

Quotas can be adjusted for specific dates when there is an event or the practitioner is away, and marking a holiday closes registration automatically so nobody travels to a closed clinic.

The diagnosis master is three levels deep — category, diagnosis, then procedure — and ships with 252 ready-made procedures for traditional practice. You remain free to add or adjust them.
